PERIOD OF REGISTRATION AND EDITION BY THE ATHLETE:

Editing is done by the athlete in his personal area from the moment of registration.

EDITION PERIOD FOR REGISTRATION OF ATHLETES WHO ARE ALONE IN CATEGORIES:

Editing is done by the teacher or by the teacher himself, on his personal page.

DATE OF FINAL CHECK BY THE ATHLETES AND/OR TEACHERS:

Until 18:00 on May 25, 2023.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE POSTING DATE:

Until 23:59 on May 25, 2023.

Important:

No changes to rosters will be allowed after the tournament brackets are posted.

AGE CATEGORY AND ABSOLUTE

Athletes who place 1st, 2nd or 3rd in their categories will be able to enroll in the Absolute.

In the Juvenile blue belt category there will be two absolute categories;

Absolute Lightweight: from Rooster to Lightweight

Absolute Heavyweight: from Medium to Heavyweight.

HOW TO REGISTER?

Athletes must register at the Absolute registration table. Enrollment must be made upon receipt of the medal and after calls from the central table. There will be a time limit for the registration of an adult black belt, which will be included in the event schedule. Athletes will not be able to register after the closing of registrations for their categories.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

• Athletes must be ready to compete in the warm-up area at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for their category in the schedule.

• It is mandatory to carry an official identity document with you during the whole event.

• The official weight measurement for this event is KILOGRAM.

• This event is governed by the official SJJIF weight chart for both Gi and No-Gi events.

REFUND POLICY:

The registration fee is non-refundable.

Exception: Athletes who are alone in their category are eligible to receive a full refund for their registration if they contact the FJJP and ask that their name be withdrawn from the competition.

This request by email must be made by the end of the check-in time for the event.

OTHERS:

• Athletes who place 1st, 2nd or 3rd will receive a medal. Medals are delivered at the podium of the event.

• Each gym can only have 2 athletes per category (by gym/group/age). If an academy has more than two athletes registered per category, its teacher must send an email to within the final deadline for correction of teachers so that different teams (A, B) are created for the same academy.

This rule does not prevent the athlete from registering for the event.

• Any false information issued during registration, such as date of birth, or any other, may lead to immediate disqualification. These actions are subject to suspension or even permanent exclusion at future FJJP events.

• If you are alone in your group, you can contact us until the day of the general check and request a change in your registration. The FJJP does not guarantee that the division to which it will be moved will have an athlete on the day of the competition.

• We try to accommodate as many athletes as possible in our events, but there is a limit of athletes to guarantee a good quality event.

• The FJJP reserves the right to close registration when maximum capacity is reached or on the day scheduled for closure, whichever comes first.

• It is the responsibility of each athlete to be aware of the rules of the event.

• We strongly recommend that athletes finalize their registration before making any travel arrangements.

• Before each fight, the athlete must present an official document with a photo to the coordinator.
